Returns Policy

We will accept items if returned by the original buyer NO LATER than 30 days from date of receipt by buyer (7 days for selected items as noted in item description).

We will refund the original amount paid, less the amount shipping and handling at the time of purchase.

Items received from the original buyer in like new condition after 30 days (7 days for selected items as noted in item description) of buyer receipt but no later than 60 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Returns must include all materials as shipped, with no scratches or obvious marks, and buyer is solely responsible for shipping and handling fees incurred in returning any product.

Items received as stated above will be refunded to the original buyer in an amount equal to the original item cost (less shipping and handling). Items missing from shipment will be deducted from the refund (applicable amount determined by us).

Items that show signs of wear will be not be refunded.

We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

There are no refunds offered on software. Downloadable free trial versions are available prior to purchase from the vendors website. If purchasing software, we issue vouchers which allow end-users to register and unlock the downloadable free trial software. The vouchers MUST be redeemed within 90 days of purchase.
